In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 30-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions:
- Returns must be pre-approved – please inform us before sending your item back.
- Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned using the same delivery method as dispatched to ensure safe and trackable transit.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, a refund for the product price will be processed within 2 business days.
- The original delivery charge will also be refunded if the return meets the Terms of the Distance Selling Regulations.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
We take great care to ensure all orders are checked and securely packaged before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for damage reported after this timeframe.
